You are getting married and we are here to ensure even the smallest detail of the weekend is exceptional. Spend more quality time with your family and friends, with this three-day event package. When the formalities conclude, the Day-After Brunch will allow you to unwind and relax with the ones you love most. The Weekend Luxury Package will include:

Prior to Event:

 

• Regularly planned virtual meetings* for design, vision and vendors for rehearsal dinner and welcome party, the wedding day and day-after brunch

• Up to five in-person venue tours**

• A vision board detailing color pallet, patterns, and event stationary for all three events, ensuring events coordinate seamlessly 

• Contacting vendors for quotes as well as setting up meetings if necessary

• Contract review for all vendors

• Manage invitations and RSVPs using wedding website 

• Curating rehearsal dinner welcome gifts and wedding party favors for all guests 

• Creating timelines for rehearsal dinner/welcome party, wedding day and day-after brunch and distributing timelines to all vendors

Rehearsal Diner and Welcome Party:

​

• Check in all vendors per timeline 

• Ensure set-up is on time and per event layout for Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party

• Show Rehearsal Dinner guests rehearsal space, per venue contract

• Lead ceremony rehearsal if officiant will not be present  

• Greet guests with welcome gift and show guests to assigned seats

• Ease transition into Welcome Party as dinner concludes and additional guests arrive for Welcome Party

• Ensure smooth clean up, all rentals are packaged per contract, bring personal items to a designated location or family member  

 

​Wedding Day:

​

• Arrive – 15 mins prior to contracted venue set-up time

• Check In Vendors – Ensure vendors are setting up according to agreed to layout – distribute pre-loaded envelopes for pay/gratuity to vendors throughout wedding

• Manage day-of timeline to ensure the event is on schedule 

• Distribute bouquets and boutonnieres, place any programs, signs, guestbooks and favors in pre-determined locations, with predetermined hangings 

• Greet Guests, direct to ceremony seating

• Organize processional prior to ceremony

• Ensure smooth clean up, all rentals are packaged per contract, bring personal items to a designated location or family member

• Collect any wedding gifts and bring to a designated location or family member

Three meetings with the couple- two virtual 1-hour meetings and one in-person venue walkthrough prior to your wedding weekend.

• Meeting 1 – 60-90 days prior to your wedding​

Discuss all hired vendors, recommendations can be provided for any additional vendors needed

Collect and review vendor contracts

Discuss tentative wedding timeline 

• Meeting 2 - 1-hr Venue Walkthrough 60-20 days prior to wedding

Discuss layout and set up

Ask questions of venue staff

• Meeting 3 – 10-20 days prior to wedding
